Observations

When modifications are produced in the initial project, a new authorization will be required.

In the event of noncompliance of the conditions of the authorization, the Administration has to initiate the appropriate sanctionative report, in accordance with Law 14/1998, of 1 June, by which the regime of control is established for the protection of the fishing resources.
