We present the program of formation 2011-2012 with the objective of giving answer to the main ones needed formative determined by the social and educational changes in the Balearic Islands.

It is necessary to highlight that the new call of formation in centers contemplates seven concrete lines of work and one last open to other subjects, while a range of four formative modalities is offered: seminar in center, workshop, project of zone formation and project of pedagogic innovation, in order to adapt oneself in the contexts, to the formative itineraries and in the autonomy of the center and foster the culture of the exchange and of the cooperation between the teachers.
