The director of Educational Staff, Miquel Coll, has introduced today the results of the last opposition|entrance examination competition in press conference to access in the 800 squares|posts of the teaching staff summoned for the Ministry of Education and Culture.

In this sense, the general director has announced that a total of 733 teachers have obtained square|post as civil servants in the opposition|entrance examination competition that the past 23 July finished. Of these persons who will incorporate into the body of educational civil servants next course after overcoming the opposition|entrance examination competition summoned for the Ministry of Education and Culture, the majority they belong in|on the body of teachers teaching staff, 382, in front of 351 of secondary (it|he|she includes teaching staff of secondary, technical teachers of FP, of the Official Schools of Languages and of Plastic Arts and design).

For the call of this year 4.007 persons to|in the process of oppositions|entrance examinations to teaching staff had been registered, even though 294 came off excluded. Of the total of 3.713 candidates, 2.710 opposers were presented, what amounts to one 72 '99% of participation|shareholding.

Finally, offers have exceeded the phase of the competition opposition|entrance examination 733 aspirant of a total of 800 squares|posts, what he|she|it represents that 91 '62% of the offered squares|posts they will be covers|decks.

88,67% of the teachers who have achieved the square|post corresponds to professionals they have exercised|exerted in the schools and institutes|high schools as an interim staff. 650 teachers, in total. The rest of the pass marks does not appear at present in any list of temporary nature.

In the course of the press conference, the general director of Educational Staff, Miquel Coll, has also made one gratitude to the presidents and teaching staff of the Courts of oppositions|entrance examinations for the effort that they have carried out. This year, 76 courts have been constituted (50 in Mallorca; 17 in Eivissa; 8 in Menorca and 1 in Formentera).

Stability of the staff|templates of the teaching institutions
The general director of Educational Staff, Miquel Coll, has expressed its|his|her|their satisfaction for this circumstance, since one of the main objectives of this call was to reduce rates of temporality weary among|between the professionals of the public teaching.

In this sense, the calls of oppositions|entrance examinations are framed that a total of 1.800 squares|posts of oppositions|entrance examinations have been made in the last years that, after the call of 2010, the Ministry of Education and Culture will have summoned in three years.

Thus, the percentage of temporary officers has been reduced of 18,1%  in primary and 35% in secondary course 2006-07 to, approximately 8% and 29% respectively next course.

Pass marks for bodies
Of the total of pass marks, 382 correspond to the body of teacher and to the rest|subtraction, 351, in|on the body of secondary.

For islands, in Mallorca the tests|proofs have exceeded 513 persons (225 of the body of teachers and 288 of secondary); in Eivissa, 136 (94 for teacher and 42 for teacher) and Formentera, 16 (12 for teacher and 4 for teacher); and in Menorca, 68 (51 and 17, respectively).
