The General Intervention of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands has more than 245.000 bills for an amount of more than 720 million euros in the procedure certified at present so that the suppliers of the Autonomous Community can charge|collect the debts that have pending with the autonomic Administration, the Service of Health (Ibsalut) and the entities that depend on it. More of 60% of these bills, about 155.000,  they have already achieved the express adhesion on the part of the suppliers, who|which add up an amount of 430 million euros, almost 60% of the certified total.

It is necessary to remember the suppliers having to manifest its|his|her|their express adhesion to the extraordinary mechanism of funding for the payment to suppliers that has started off the Department of Treasury and Administrations for cancel•lar the pending duties to payment that the autonomy has with respect to its|his|her|their suppliers. On the next 22 of May the deadline|installment finishes so that the suppliers manifest this express adhesion.

In this sense, the suppliers who want to adhere to the mechanism of funding for the payment to suppliers of the Department of Treasury and Public Administrations have to manifest expressly this acceptance, preferably in an electronic way on the page of the AEAT (http://www.aeat.es).

Only if it|he|she does not have access to the electronic platform of the AEAT, this formality can be carried out in a presencial way in the dependences from the Economic|Economical Vice-Presidency. The individual employer|businessman himself or the duly accredited|proved legal representative has to go there, with the form of acceptance filled and, if it falls, with the corresponding powers of representation.

The supplier has to take into account that the subscription|payment of the chief of the bill  entails the extinction of the debt acquired on the part of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, for the amount of the chief, the interests, the judicial coasts|shores and any other accessory expense as well as the finishing of the judicial processes, if it had started, by|out of|for extraprocesal satisfaction. 



Until the last 2nd, the suppliers could consult the initial list elaborated by the General Intervention if appearing. The employers|businessmen who were not in this list had to ask for an individual certification to be able to resort to it.

Bills that can resort to it

The bills pending of payment that they can charge themselves across this plan have to gather the following requirements:

- Being pending defeated, liquid and exigible duties to payment, the bill of which has had entry|ticket in the Register|Record of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands before day 1 January 2012.
- Deriving from contracts of works, services, supplies|deliveries and management|formality of public services included in the area of application of the Law of contracts.
- Coming from concerts, not collected in the former point, subscribed by the entities understood|included in the area of application of these agreement in sanitary, educational matter|subject and of social services, by virtue of which a physical or juridical person loans or advances services in|on goods in third.
