Since the 10th November of 2011 until the 2nd March of this year operations have granted themselves for a total of 24,2 million euros (20% of the total volume), what means an increase of 250% in relation to the same period of the former year. The percentage of operations approved about the total of sol•licituds has been of 83%. Almost the half of these operations, 41%, aimed at funding investment|inversion, over the needs of current, that they were of 39%. This represents a positive datum for the economy|economics of the islands, since it means that there is entrepreneurial and employers|businessmen who continue investing in period of crisis. 19% of the operations has been destined to refinance.

It|He|She has to stand out that the current Government, in just some months, it|he|she has brought in the background|bottom of technical provisions a total of 5,4 million euros, a very high figure if it is taken into account that the total contribution of the last eight years was 7 million euros. Thanks to this contribution, ISBA can give credit to the value of 120 million euros.

One of the objectives of the Decree-Law 5/2011, of 29 August, of support to the entrepreneurial ones and to the micro, small and medium enterprise of the Balearic Islands is to facilitate the access to the traditional and non traditional funding, and pal•liar the conjunturals economic|economical problems provoked by the current economic|economical situation. In particular, to|in the exhibition|exposure of motives it is established that the access of the PIME to the funding has to be facilitated, in particular to|in the venture capital, the microcredits and the funding of expansion. And still more specifically, the article|item 10 of this rule determines that the Government of the Balearic Islands has to develop the measures of impulse to|in the funding of entrepreneurial projects for means, among others, of the following action|share: "Facilitating the access to the traditional credit endowing the funds of technical provisions of the societies|companies with reciprocal guarantee (SGR) to reinforce the lines of guarantees for entrepreneurial and for micro, small and medium undertaken, in the different phases (creation, consolidation, internationalization and/or restructuring)".

In order to develop these measures, the article|item 10.1.a of the Decree-Law was executed and the section 2 of the article|item 75 of the Text revised of finances of the CAIB,  with the following result, was modified:

- Increase of the ratio of solvency|reliability of ISBA, in order to inject confidence in the financial system.
- Direct funding in the companies and the ones, entrepreneurial of more than 120 million euros, with an already granted volume of 20% only in three months and a half.
- Creation of a line of guarantee for suppliers of the CAIB, priced at 30 million euros to give liquidity in the pimes.
