The counselor of Public Administrations, Simón Gornés, and the general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, Núria Riera, they have met|gathered the batle of Sóller, Carlos Simarro and that of Deià, Jaume Crespí, with the objective of showing|presenting the proposal for the implantation of the project of improvement in the administrative management|formality and the agilitació of the bureaucratic processes that affect the citizen.

These institutional visits to the town councils of Sóller and Deià are set in the round of meetings|encounters that the counselor and the general director have started from Public Administrations to inform about its|his|her|their strategy to speed up the public administration, to simplify and to improve all the administrative processes. This strategy, as the counselor to|in the responsible maximums has explained politicians of both towns contemplates also the creation of a data base that includes information of all administrations. The final objective is to facilitate all procedures that the citizen has to propose to the Administration.

With these interviews they are also wanted to establish the lines of performance|action that have to be followed between the municipal administrations and the autonomic one in order to pass|near both parts.
