In fulfillment|compliment of two legal mandates (the Law 14/2000, of 21 December, of territorial ordering and the Law 6/1999 of 3 April, of the 'ordering guidelines of territorial ordering of the tributary Balearic Islands and measures) it was carried out the Sectorial Directive Plan of Telecommunications of the Balearic Islands. It is a matter of an instrument of territorial ordering of undoubted complexity, since the sectorial rules typical of the telecommunications come together with the ones coming from all the branches of the Balearic urbanistic law|right, those that regulate particular regimes|diets for the rustic ground, the areas of special protection and the historicenvironmental areas included. The clear and systematic exhibition|exposure of this heterogeneous whole|set of autonomic and state rules is the first objective of this sectorial directive Plan of telecommunications, that especially being wants a useful instrument for the several protagonists that they intervene when executing- him: the organs of the Government of the Balearic Islands, the insular councils|advice|pieces of advice, the town councils, the operators of telecommunications and the users of the services based on the information technologies and the communications. This apart, the sectorial directive Plan introduces rules in order to to coordinate the computer systems of the public administrations in the Balearic area with the objective of creating a mechanism of virtual only window that allows the telematic transmission of the requests of the citizens in|on the administrative organ in|on which they are destined. Finally, the sectorial directive Plan approves a whole|set of measures of promotion of the information technologies and the communications to|in the autonomous community of the Islands Balearic, related to the infrastructures (how, for example, the accesses to the wideband), to|in different types of public services based by the small and medium undertaken ones in new technologies and to|in the promotion of the use of these technologies.
