The General Direction of Fishing of the Ministry of Presidency has promoted progressively a series of measures of management|formality as|like the recruitment of watchers teams|equipments and the acquisition of pneumatic launches to control the activities, and the tasks of scientific follow-up.

With the objective of making the regulations fulfill in|on the sea reservations|bookings, the General Direction of Fishing counts on services of surveillance equipped with fast vessels with radar, probe|catheter|sound and GPS in|on all the sea reservations|bookings of the Balearic Islands. The staff of surveillance of the sea reservations|bookings carries out an informative task about the objectives and the regulation of the reservation|booking, and they are in charge of controlling that the regulations are fulfilled, in coordination with the inspectors of fishing of the General Direction of Fishing and the Guardia Civil of the Sea. The watchers can raise events|acts of complaint|denunciation by|out of|for noncompliance of the regulations that they are transferred to the instructors of the Ministry of Presidency, been in charge of starting the sanctionative reports.
