Fifteen youngsters coming from different|distinct autonomous communities dedicate part on its|his|her|their holidays to carrying out activities of accompaniment in the Home of Elders

Persons sensitized in social questions that affect the col•lectiu of the old people. This is the profile of the fifteen youngsters of several autonomous communities that, since the 17 July and until the 1 August, will develop activities of accompaniment and of sociocultural animation in the Home of Elders of Palma, one of the fields of work that it|he|she promotes this summer the Ministry of Social Affairs, Promotion and Immigration and that today have visited Fine Santiago and Jaume Garau.

This is one of the eight fields of work that the Ministry, through the General Direction of Youth, has started off this summer, together with four turns of camps in the hostel of the Victoria, in Alcúdia. In total, near 250 children and youngsters they will make these types of activities of fifteen days of duration.
