The COFIB frees a sparrow hawk and two kestrels in the Nature Reserve from Mondragó

The Consortium for the Recovery|Retrieval of the Fauna of the Balearic Islands (COFIB) freed last Saturday in the Nature Reserve of Mondragó a copy|specimen of sparrow hawk (Aquila pennata) and two copies|specimens of kestrel (I Falco tinnunculus) that have been attended and restored in the last weeks in the COFIB. The three copies|specimens of autochthonous fauna were freed in an appropriate zone nearby to the Sources|Fountains of you Alis, in the inside|inland of the space protected of this nature reserve of the south of Mallorca.

Within the framework of the event|act of the liberation of autochthonous fauna, the biologist of the COFIB Patxi Blasco offered a talk about the work that is carried out from the COFIB and indicated the thirty assistant persons how people have to act if finds an animal injured.
