The counselor of Public Administrations, Simón Gornés, it|he|she has made both visits to the towns of Sineu and Petra with the objective of establishing a first initial contact with the mayors of both towns in order to the implantation of its|his|her|their project of improvement of the administrative management|formality regarding the processes that they affect the citizen. Gornés has been accompanied in these visits by the general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, Núria Riera.

The institutional visit is set in the round of meetings|encounters that the counselor and the general director have started in all the town councils of the Islands. With these 28 the towns with which have started are already contacts from Public Administrations. These encounters intend to give the opportunity to the counselor to inform directly the mayors about its|his|her|their strategy for speeding up the public administration, simplifying and improving all the administrative processes. This strategy, as the counselor has explained municipal politicians to|in the responsible maximums, contemplates also the creation of a data base that includes information of all administrations. The final objective of all this strategy is to facilitate all procedures that the citizen has to propose to the Administration.

With these interviews it is also intended to establish the lines of performance|action to be between the municipal administrations and the autonomic  one in order to pass|near both parts. The mayor of Sineu, Josep Oliver, and the lieutenant of mayor Pere Joan Jaume the first have been on receiving the counselor Gornés and the general director of Public Function. The second meeting has taken place in the Town Council of Petra, with its|his|her|their mayor, Caterina Mas, and the lieutenant of mayor Bartomeu Gual.
