The general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the services, Núria Riera, has presented to the represented unions in|on the Board of General Services, the justificatory memory for the harmonization of work places of the CAIB. This resorting of the jobs derives from the development of the Strategic Plan of Public Function, agreed on by the Council|Piece of Advice of Government on the 23rd December 2011. Precisely, the first line of this Plan goes directed|addressed to take the suitable measures to structure, to order and to redimension the Administration of the Autonomous Community, in order to adapt the human resources|appeals to the real needs.

The objective of this harmonization is to comply with one of the indicators of transparency, as that of the publication of the relation|relationship of jobs of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands is and of its|his|her|their autonomous organizations|organisms, of those that are gifted as well as of those that are not it. From the exhaustive study of the jobs of the autonomic administration it has been inferred from it that there is a great number of places of work that are not even gifted (they are economically not contemplated in the budgets) even busy for any worker.

Following the criterion of leaving 40% (approximately) of squares|posts non gifted and not occupied in the relation|relationship of work places, this general direction has determined that a total of 1.049 squares|posts of General Services can be suppressed. It is necessary to highlight that any square|post is eliminated from the Service of Health nor of the teaching staff. 6.886, of which 2.716 are not gifted, were the total of places that were evident to|in the Relation|Relationship of Jobs of the Ministry of Public Administrations. Of these, he|she|it proposes to suppress 1.264 and to maintain 1.049.

In the vote|poll the represented unions (CCOO, UGT, CSIF, I USE and STEI-i) they have abstained. So that this modification of the Relation|Relationship of Jobs is made effective, however, people have to approve for the Council|Piece of Advice of Government.
