The civic participation|shareholding is a fundamental piece of the democratic system and one of the most innovative ways|railways in the perfection of the democracy. This law|right is collected in the article|item 9.2 of the Spanish Constitution and in the article|item 15 of the Statute of Autonomy of the Balearic Islands.

It|He|She has to be promoted and bring about this law|right of participation|shareholding, promoting actions|shares so that the citizenship implicates itself|herself in the public matters in our society|company and intersells in the definition of the public policies|politics. In this way, among|between all of them we will be able to achieve a more effective management|formality and a more right government action.

The participation|shareholding allows to adopt public decisions more effective and suitable for the social needs, since the final decision is adopted taking the voice of the interested persons into account.

Because of that, the General Direction of Quality of the Services wants to commit herself for opening ways|railways and procedures of civic participation|shareholding that imply a democratic deepening and they improve the quality in the functioning|operation of the public institutions.
