Emergencies 112 he|she|it managed last year an average of 13 daily incidents related with animals, 232 of which they had to do with dangerous animals. This Service received a total of 4.657 requests of citizens and other organizations|organisms motivated for he|she|it witnesses it|her of animals annoying, injured, died, caught up or dangerous, among other situations.

According to the statistical data of the Service, Emergencies 112 goes to attend 2.365 cases of animals that generated troubles to the citizens and 1.002 related with other situations. It|He|She also coordinated 475 incidents related with injured animals and 407 with dead animals, while he|she|it managed 232 cases of dangerous animals and 136 ones caught up. The statistical system of Emergencies 112 also counts the interventions motivated by the presence of snakes, which during the last year they promoted to a total of 40.

For months, July and August were the most prolific, with 547 and 505 incidents, respectively, while February and March were those that less incidents registered, with 303 and 296 respectively.

The procedure of performance|action on the subject of animals consists in receiving the requests of emergency coming from the citizens and channeling them through the different competent organizations|organisms. Because of that, Emergencies 112 he orders of some operating protocols agreed on with these organizations|organisms and of agreements of collaboration with collectives and organizations that do work there, as|like the complex Marineland or the Consortium of Recovery|Retrieval of the Terrestrial Fauna of the Balearic Islands (COFIB).

In this sense, the only telephone of emergencies is also a referent to denounce the appearance of animals that have to be given back to its|his|her|their habitat, or have to withdraw to turn up dead, or they have to recover|restore to find injured people. There it|he|she is it fundamentally for motives of security|certainty, attending to|in its|his|her|their utility and function as an organization|organism of emergencies.

With everything, the only telephone of emergencies he|she|it collaborates actively with these and other collectives not only for the own questions of the security|certainty (as|like the alert in the face of the presence of jellyfishes swarms in the sea), but for the follow-up of species in danger of extinction as|like the old man marine, among others.
