The article|item 21 of Law 4/2011, of 31 March, of the good administration and of the good government of the Balearic Islands, he|she|it determines in its|his|her|their section second that «The organs of the Administration of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands and the entities of the autonomic instrumental public sector they have to make public, in the institutional web page and on the first twenty days of the months of January, May and September of every year, a relation|relationship of the subscribed agreements related to the former period of four months, without harm of the inscription in the Register|Record of agreements and agreements.

The information has to keep available in Internet during all the budgetary exercise. Equally, it|he|she has to keep available in Internet the information related in|on the exercise immediately former.» To give fulfillment|compliment to the quoted precept, this section is created to the website of our Ministry, where, in accordance with what orders the quoted regulations, the listings of the subscribed agreements will be published there in a four-month way.
