Històric: The Government promotes four pilo programs to prevent and to detect the mistreatment and the sexual abuses to minors

At the proposal of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Promotion and Immigration, the Council|Piece of Advice of Government has approved the signature of two agreements with the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Menorca and that of Eivissa to carry out both pilo programs of attention and of psychosocial intervention to the children ill-treated, respectively.

These two performances|actions integrate in the experimental programs of the area of the ill-treated children that the Ministry of Social Affairs promotes, for 2011. Other two agreements, with the Association of the Plan of Mallorca (which|who has the social services united) and with the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Mallorca (across the Institute|High School Mallorquí of Social Affairs), complete the existing programs.

The four programs are a consequence of the application of the interdisciplinary frame|mark Protocol of performances|actions in cases of child mistreatment of the Balearic Islands.

This unified Protocol wants to improve the attention to reduce the victimization that the minors who have suffered mistreatment suffer and to guarantee the fulfillment|compliment of its|his|her|their rights and freedoms during the intervention of the institutions responsible for protecting them, through a coordinated performance|action and effective of the competent entities. The Protocol, moreover, wants to fall|hit upon the precocious detection of the mistreatment or the sexual abuse, and to promote the formation|training of the professionals who intervene in the cases or that they can perceive signals of a possible aggression.
