The General Direction of Planning and Centers has coordinated the task of the teaching staff of different institutes|high schools to make the adaptation of the model CAF in an environment as specific as it|he|she is that of the education, through the adaptation of the questionnaires of selfevaluation that the participant institutes|high schools had used as a general model.

Thus, for the elaboration of the CAF in the educational area, the changes that these professionals have seen as lacks and inaccuracies have applied to the selfevaluation of the general model regarding an environment as concrete as it|he|she is that of education.

The General Direction of Quality of the Services has edited this model CAF within the framework of the Second Strategic Plan of Quality of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
