By The Ministry of Education and Culture euros is destined almost a million for the application of several programs of support to centers of education of primary and secondary of the Balearic Islands that are set in the plan PROW (Program of Reinforcement, Orientation and Support).

The Council|Piece of Advice of Government has agreed on continuing with the agreement of collaboration subscribed between the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Education, for the application of several programs of support that the educational centers will develop course 2010-11 on the subject of students in educational situation of disadvantage associated with the sociocultural environment.

In accordance with the agreement and of agreement also with the frame|mark agreement subscribed in 2005 between the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and the Ministry of Education and Science (MEC), both institutions will be destined 497.900 euros each, who they add up, therefore, a total of 995.800 to fund the implantation derived from these programs.

These programs will develop this year in 69 educational centers (43 schools and 26 institutes|high schools).

The PROA offers resources|appeals to the educational centers so that, together with the rest of persons implicated in the education, they work aspect|slope in a double: contributing to weakening the factors generative of the inequality and guaranteeing the most vulnerable collectives attention to improve its|his|her|their formation|training and preventing the risks of social exclusion.

This program, directed|addressed to the students of 5th and 6th of primary and to|in the students of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of secondary, he|she|it intends to improve the school prospects of the pupils with difficulties of learning and reply to|in the need to improve the school success of the students, with the implication of the families.
