The SEIB 112 has coordinated a total of 398 incidents, of which 202 correspond to Mallorca, 122 in Eivissa, 49 in Menorca and 25 in Formentera, during the second month of summer. Adding those that were registered in the month of June 632 are already the incidents related with the beaches and the sea, quals 315 have been located in Mallorca, 191 in Eivissa, 85 in Menorca and 40 in Formentera.

In the calculation incidents specific to summer, like subaquatic accidents, albirament of jellyfishes, incidents related with vessels and breathlessness, among others, are found, on the one hand. And of another, usual incidents, but that medical incidents, diverse accidents, mislead children, annoying animals, researches and rescues|ransoms, etc have occurred on the beaches, like thefts and robberies|thefts, riots and quarrels.

Regarding the incidents typical of the season of summer, the statistics of the SEIB 112 collect 57 incidents related with vessels placed in zones of bath, 2 with albirament of jellyfishes, 25 with vessels adrift, 6 with vessels that generated situations of danger in the sea, 18 of persons in danger in the sea and 25 with breathlessness, among others.

Of the 25 victims of breathlessness, 17 were brought around with success and 8 died. Of these incidents, 16 took place in the beaches and 9 in the swimming pools.

10 incidents that generated medical attention due to stings or bites have also been counted, 10 for fallen, 6 for seasickness and/or fainting fit, 8 for injured persons|wounds, 4 for etílica intoxication, 3 for traumatisms and 2 for insolation. 10 cases had to do in troubles on the public way|railway close to the beaches, 10 with robberies|thefts, 7 with mislead persons, 18 with troubles brought about by animals, 14 with robberies|thefts and 6 with quarrels, aggressions and threats, among other incidents.
