The buildings of almost null energetic consumption center an organized day d’Indústria and Energy in col•laboració with the General Direction

Most current: 08/06/2012

Near a hundred professionals related with the world of the house|housing and the construction they have assisted today Passivhaus (PEP) at a day|working day on the buildings of high energetic efficiency that has organized the Construction Platform, in col•laboració with the General Direction of Industry and Energy of the Economic|Economical Vice-Presidency of the Government.

The session has focused on the standard Passivhaus, the most demanding in terms of saving of energy, which, in combination with the instal•lació of renewable energies, allows to arrive to|in the autonomous building or of consumption energetic almost null.

The day|working day, which has been able to be followed for videoconference in the minor islands, who it|he|she has highlighted between 40 and 45% of the energetic consumption is produced in the buildings has been opened by the general director of Industry and Energy, Jaume Ochogavía, and of here the importance to introduce the saving in this area.

The session has continued with the interventions of the architect Amaranto Barambio (of the platform PEP), Stefan Natke (Biohaus), Miquel Arbona (Nord Arbona) and Wolfang Berger (of the platform PEP.

In the course of the day|working day he|she|it has remembered that the directive|management 2010/31/UE, adopted by the European Parliament, hardens the requirements of the energetic efficiency in the buildings. All the public buildings constructed in Europe have to be, from the 31 December 2018, "Nearly zero energy buildings" that is, buildings of almost null energetic consumption.  For the buildings of private titularity, the deadline is on the 31st from December 2020. So, the member states will have to show|present plans to promote the construction of these types of buildings.

The standard Passivhaus implements a procedure of design and execution of the building to obtain very low demands|lawsuits from energy. It is an open standard that it|he|she facilitates the adoption of multiple constructive solutions in order to reduce the energetic demand|lawsuit to the buildings. As a matter of fact, it is expected that the next revisions of the CTE -technical code of the construction-  go in this sense.

The known sentence "the cheapest energy is the one that does not consume" has been the "leit motive" of the session of the day of today. If buildings and houses|housings that they require from little energy,  little by little are constructed, the big energetic dependence  from the current society|company can manage to be reduced and will be able to be advanced towards a model in what a good part of the current energetic cost will be able to be converted in liquidity for a better welfare state and more balanced.
