The Institute|High School Balear of the House|Housing (IBAVI) puts for sale, from the next Monday, 951 squares|posts of public titularity parking lot in several towns of Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera, at prices that oscil•len approximately between 2.500 and 10.000 euros, according to the location. These squares|posts are located|placed in buildings of official protection property|estate of the IBAVI that they are not linked to the houses|housings and that are remanents of promotions of flats|floors for rent or of sale.

With the sale of these parking lots, which it mean the total of the park of squares|posts that the IBAVI offers, the Government of the Balearic Islands expects to enter about two a million euros and at the same time to spare|save an important amount in concept of maintenance.

Palma is the city that concentrates the biggest thickness of the squares|posts that offer themselves -near 800-, many of which are in buildings in streets central or very nearby to zones of controlled parking. The rest of available squares|posts of parking lot in the island of Mallorca are in Inca, Manacor, Artà, Alcúdia, Binissalem, sa Pobla, Petra, Lloseta and Santa Margalida. In Menorca, squares|posts are offered, to the town of Sant Francesc, in Ciutadella, es Mercadal and es Castell, and in Formentera.
