The Ministry of Public Administrations starts off a new virtual resource|appeal within reach of the citizens, so that they can know the heritage|patrimony of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands that has come out for sale through the procedure of public auctions. This information is available on the web page of the Government, in the microplace 'Auctions', and, the addresses, can be accessed across the Ministry of Public Administrations: http://interior.caib.es/,  and http://dgpatrim.caib.es/.

The Government of the Balearic Islands has infraused heritage|patrimony that it|he|she only means|supposes expenses, and of which it is wanted to detach, to bring liquidity in|on the public arks. These assets, for its|his|her|their location, historical value, etc, they can be very attractive for institutional investors and estate companies. For this motive, and in the objectives of saving and of optimization of resources|appeals, the General Direction of Heritage|Patrimony, Contracts and Public Works, shop assistant of the Ministry of Public Administrations, has started a series of performances|actions, one of which is the sale of the properties|estates that have gotten out of use, through the formula of auctions, the updated information of which will be appearing to the new microplace.

The web collects information of the properties|estates to auction, as|like the characteristics of the properties or public lambs, its|his|her|their prices, and the state of the calls, as well as the regulations of application. At present, that it|he|she is for sale is the heritage|patrimony of the Government: the building of the house of Fàbregues; a flat|floor and a garage in the street Jeroni Pou, in Palma; an allotment in the Park Bit, a group of niches in the cementeri Good Sosec, and a rustic estate in Palma, His|Her New House|Home.
