The general director of Innovation and Technological Development, Antoni Mateos, has opened today evening the first fair of products, technological services and free didactic activities in charge of technological companies that it takes place in the ParcBit on the occasion of the organized events|acts for the Government to commemorate the Day of Internet.

To|In the event|act also the town councilor of Work, Trade and Youth of the Town Council of Palma and president of PalmaActiva, Esperança Crespí, has attended it; the executive vice president of the Foundation IBit, Miquel Bernat; the president of the Commission of Innovation of the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca, Tolo Gomila, and the president of the Service Selection Association of Computer Science Companies, Xisco Serra.

The fair is part of the Day|Working Day of Professionals PràcTICs that is celebrated from 17.00 to 21.00 hours in the same ParcBit and he|she|it intends to become a meeting point of technological companies with companies traditional that they need to incorporate and to make a use more profitable of the information technologies and communication (TIC).

In the course of the Day of Internet, and exactly after the inauguration of the fair, a round table has been celebrated where cases of success of implantation of the TIC have been introduced in the small and medium undertaken of traditional look and the delivery of the awards of the competition We "search professionals pràcTICs",  who|which rewards the effort of the pimes to incorporate the new technologies.

These events|acts mean|suppose, moreover, an event|act of diffusion|broadcast of the project of technological advice Dr. TIC promoted by the iBit -organization|organism Foundation ascribed to the Economic|Economical Vice-Presidency- and in which there col•laboren the entities PalmaActiva, Agency of Local Development of the Town Council of Palma of Mallorca, Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca and the Union of Companies of Services Associations of Mallorca SELECTION Services. The meeting|encounter has also the sponsorship of the following companies: Brújula, IB-Red, Netgear, Microsoft Innovation Center Tourism Technologies, Sistemas de Gestión and SM2.
