The Government opens the procedure so that the suppliers of l’Administració of the CAIB can charge the pending debts

The Government of the Balearic Islands has opened the procedure so that the suppliers of the Autonomous Community can charge|collect the debts that have pending with the autonomic Administration, the Service of Health (Ibsalut) and the entities that depend on it. This procedure starts off as a consequence of the extraordinary mechanism of funding that agreed on the Council|Piece of Advice of Policy|Politics Public Prosecutor and Financier in the meeting of last 6 March for cancel•lar the pending duties to payment that the autonomy has with respect to its|his|her|their suppliers, with the objective of giving these companies liquidity and contributing to the process of reflation economic|economical.

The General Intervention of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands has certified for this procedure a total of 237.164 bills that can adhere to this mechanism, which mean an amount of 743,24 million euros.

It is necessary to remember the bills pending of payment that they can charge themselves across this plan having to gather the following requirements:

- To be pending defeated, liquid and exigible duties to payment, the bill of which has had entry|ticket in the Register|Record of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands before day 1 January 2012.
- Deriving from contracts of works, services, supplies|deliveries and management|formality of public services included in the area of application of the Law of contracts.
 -Coming from concerts, not collected in the former point, subscribed by the entities understood|included in the area of application of these agreement in sanitary, educational matter|subject and of social services, by virtue of which a physical or juridical person loans or advances services in|on goods in third.
