The Government will make a technical auditing of the human resources of l’Administració

The General Direction of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services of the Ministry of Public Administrations will make a technical auditing of the human resources|appeals which it|he|she has the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands in order to achieve an efficient assignment|allowance of the staff, rationalize and professionalize the Administration and improve the working conditions.

The analysis and the description of the jobs will be made by ministries and will include all the civil servant staff and occupational of general services, which are coded in about 4.000 workers.

This auditing is set|framed in the Strategic Plan on the subject of Public Function that, one of the objectives of whom it is to achieve a better assignment|allowance of the human resources|appeals, in accordance with the criteria of efficiency and efficiency that have to govern the Administration, was approved on day 23 of December 2011. In particular, in its|his|her|their line of performance|action 1.2, the realization of a technical auditing of management|formality is collected expressly to rationalize and to professionalize the Administration of the CAIB and to improve the working conditions of its|his|her|their staff.

The technical study will be made by departments, with own resources|appeals, in order to compare budgets, load|burden|charge of work and functions that the staff who is there ascribed has ordered, and to be able to dimension the staff|templates suitably and to detect imbalances on the subject of staff.

In this sense, the analysis will allow to obtain the corporative and departmental indicators that they help to appraise the current situation, to foresee the needs, to detect the aspects|looks susceptible of improvement and to contribute to the implementation of the suitable measures of rationalization.
