The Council|Piece of Advice of Government has accepted the free cession of the estate of Son Real that the Foundation for the  Sustainable Development of the Balearic Islands has made to the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. This estate, declared Well Cultural of Interest on the part of the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Mallorca, has a surface|area of 392 hectares and a value of valuation|appraisal of 11.907.000 euros.

The Association of the Foundation for the Sustainable Development of the Balearic Islands adopted, unanimously, the agreement of free cession to|in the Autonomous Community of the estate, on the 18th November 2011. The article|item 86 g of the Law of Heritage|Patrimony of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands establishes that every free cession of goods for a value superior|upper to 500.000 euros it has to be authorized for the Council|Piece of Advice of Government.

Son Real is divided into 8 allotments with a number of different property register for each. It is foreseen that further on|later on these allotments unify in an one alone in the Land Registry number 1 of Inca. Thus, the estate will come off searched with an only number of property register and of register|record, which will simplify formalities and will facilitate the management|formality.

The estate of Son Real is searched, at present, to|in name|noun of the Foundation for the Sustainable Development of the Balearic Islands, which depends on the Ministry of Tourism and Sports. With the agreement approved today, the estate placed in Santa Margalida will come off searched to|in name|noun of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and will be ascribed to the Nature Space, which manages the same Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
