The counselor of Education, Culture and Universities, Rafael Bosch, has attended the Sectorial Lecture of Education celebrated in Madrid and presided by the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport, José Ignacio Wert.

During the meeting|encounter, that has had the assistance of all the responsibles for Education of the Spanish Autonomous Communities, the Minister has affirmed that "all intend decided to share solutions to improve the quality of the education".

Wert has used the meeting for setting forth the participants its|his|her|their main proposals, as|like the High School|School Leaving Certificate of three years and the reform of the Professional Training, all two with the objective of reducing the high rates of abandonment and school failure.
