The counselor of Education, Culture and Universities, Rafel Bosch, and the economic|economical vice president, of Entrepreneurial Promotion and of Employment|Occupation, Josep Ignasi Aguiló, han presented to the president of the government, José Ramón Bauzà, the Strategy of the Government for the development of the plan of Science, Innovation and Emprenedoria (CIE) 2013-2016, that for the first time the support includes, in the entrepreneurial one as|how one of the big pillars of the policies|politics in this area, with the objective that all are focused towards the entrepreneurial competitiveness and the job creation.

The strategy CIE (Science, Innovation and Emprenedoria) has interdepartmental and transversal character and supposes that, for the first time, all the actions|shares in R+D+I will be directed at|in the companies and at|in the creation of work places. This strategy is designed in the line of the measures of the Government for the economic|economical reflation and the administrative efficiency and, Innovation and Emprenedoria (CIE) 2013-2016, will be specified in a Plan of Science.

The action|share of the Government in matter|subject CIE is in consonance with the lines of performance|action of the UE (strategy of innovation for the intelligent specialization of the UE RIS3, Horizon 2020, etc) and with the corresponding national plans, which orient themselves to the promotion of the competitiveness, the employment|occupation and the emprenedoria.

It is a matter of a whole|set of integral actions|shares that it|he|she reaches from the research until the emprenedoria, passing through the innovation and the technology. The Plan will look for the consensus of all the social agents, across the Forum Balears Competitiva, and will promote the participation|shareholding of all the involved agents in the process of economic|economical transformation of Balears through the organs of Pla direction that will be constituted.
