More than a hundred representatives of the public administration and of private companies have taken part today in a day|working day organized by the General Direction of Industry and Energy of the Economic|Economical Vice-Presidency, of Entrepreneurial Promotion and of Employment|Occupation to introduce the possibilities of the companies of energetic services (ESE) in the Balearic Islands.

The ESE are those companies that loan a whole|set of benefits|features to optimize the quality and the reduction in the energetic expenses, including realization of necessary immaterial investments|inversions, works or supply|delivery. The energetic service, like this defined, it|he|she has to lend a saving of verifiable, measurable or lovable energy basing itself on a contract that associate will wear|carry.

Because of this, in the present the ESE are constituted as an alternative, as much for the public sector how the private one, to introduce measures of energetic saving without making investments|inversions directly.

Experts of the Islands and of Catalonia

The session has been opened by the economic|economical vice president, Josep Ignasi Aguiló, at 10.00 o'clock, and has continued with the intervention of the general director of Industry and Energy, Jaume Ochogavía, that one who has spoken about the prospects of the ESE in the Balearic Islands.

Later, the technicians of the Generalitat de Catalunya Isidre Virgili and Pons and Joan Josep Escobar have discoursed on the juridical perspective of the contracts with the ESE and about the experience of the Catalan government in the recruitment of these entities, respectively.

In the course of the day|working day cases of success have also been approached with the contracts types ESE, as|like those of the companies Balantia and Creara.

Tools for the efficiency

In an environment marked by the need for an energetic policy|politics based on the respect to the environment, the security|certainty of the supply|delivery and the competitiveness, the market of energetic services is starting to be gestated as main movement of the energetic sector and a tool to implement the energetic efficiency and to introduce renewable energies in the construction.

The key of the energetic service is that the payment of the loaned service bases itself, partly or totally, on the saving obtained from the building in the improvement of the energetic efficiency.

All this makes that this type of business has a very important potential market, especially for the public administration, that without carrying out any investment|inversion for her, can produce an economic|economical and energetic saving that it|he|she helps to fulfill the objectives European and that the private economic|economical activity favors in the sector (instal•lació, construction, services) and the job creation.

The recruitment of energetic services, in the Balearic Islands, can stand|place in a public area and in a private area I como it is, for example, the hotel sector.

In the public area the Government of the Balearic Islands intends to promote this type of recruitment in its|his|her|their consumer buildings of energy, in order to have an exemplaritzant paper|role, as it|he is established to|in the Directive|Management 2006/32/CE. And also like a way of facing the urgent need to spare energy  in a frame|mark of lack of economic|economical resources|appeals that at present the administration has.
