The Council|Piece of Advice of Government, at the proposal of the economic|economical vice president, of Entrepreneurial Promotion and of Employment|Occupation, has approved today the Decree-Law of urgent tributary measures, that inhabitant of the Balearic Isles foresees several modifications in the tributary regulations to encourage the economy|economics and to favor the creation of work places. Besides, the rule exempts the residents of the Balearic Islands from paying the tax of the heritage|patrimony, on foreseeing an allowance of 100% in the payment of this tribute.

The Government has decided to opt for the figure of the decree-law, foreseen in the Statute of Autonomy to take measures of urgent or extraordinary need, with the objective of giving immediate validity, even before 31 December 2011, to some performances|actions that have the purpose of pal•liar the effects of the economic crisis, through the implantation of fiscal benefits|profits to|in the entrepreneurial activities becoming of the investment|inversion and of the maintenance or increase of the employment|occupation.

The Decree-Law divides into two chapters: the first is dedicated to the tributes handed over and the second, in the own ones.
