A group of 14 students, that cursen 1er del Degree of Tourism and 2nd of Intermediate Commands University Turístic s al'Escola of Dark Tourism Felipe of Mallorca, they have known of first my all services and the professionals of the General Direction of Consumption of the Government of the Balearic Islands. The youngsters have carried out a visit to the facilities of Consumption in Palma, accompanied by two teachers. One of the teachers is Bernat Ferrer, who is also a president of the association of consumers La Defensa.

To|In the visit, guided by the head|boss of Arbitration|Umpiring of Consumption Section, Sebastià Vanrell,  elsuniversitaris have gone|passed through|across all areas in that the General Direction of Consumption is divided: Attention to|in the Consumer and Claims, Inspection and Control of Market, Arbitral Board, Institutional Relations|Relationships and Education, Formation|Training and Information. To|In each service, they have received a small explanation about the same.

On Time, the president of the Arbitral Board of Consumption, Jesús Cuartero, has offered the students and teachers an informal talk about the functioning|operation of the Arbitral System. The president of La Defensa, Bernat Ferrer, has also commented with its|his|her|their pupils on crowd|mass of questions related with the consumption.
