The counselor of Public Administrations, Simón Gornés, accompanied of the general director of Function Public, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, Núria Riera, has gathered in a first visit with Bernardí Coll, batle of Mancor, next with Bernat Coll, batle of Lloseta,  and last he|she|it has visited in the batle of the Town Council of Binissalem, Jeroni Salom, with the objective of establishing a first initial contact in order to the implantation of the project of improvement of the management|formality administrative that the Ministry of Public Administrations is developing.

During the meetings, the counselor Simón Gornés and the general director, Núria Riera, they have explained in the three batles that it consists of the Plan of Administrative Simplification of the Islands in which the Town Councils will have a more outstanding paper|role, as|like the creation of the common data base that avoids formalities and like this to manage to make the Administration more agile and that employers|businessmen as well as individuals see reduced the load|burden|charge of formalities when they have to carry out some type of process with the Administration.
