The sport federations of the Balearic Islands have to summon elections or promote the call to constitute the general assemblies and to elect the respective presidents, and if it|he|she is proper, the government organs, in accordance with what establishes the article|item 1.1 of the Decree 86/2008.

The call of the electoral processes of the sport federations has to take place every four years and has to coincide with the olympic year (Summers Olympic Games).

In accordance with the contents of the Resolution of the counselor of Tourism and Sports of 21 December 2011 for which the beginning of the electoral processes of the sport federations of the Balearic Islands is established for the constitution of the respective general assemblies and for the choice of the presidents corresponding, these entities, depending on the system of representation chosen (option 1: clubs or option 2: sport states), they will have to follow|be the procedures and formalities that are detailed next:

Option 1:

1.    Approval in Assembly General Extraordinària of the previous and preparatory performances|actions and of the electoral documentation, without harm of the approval of the text revised of the Statutes (attached A-1 in A-5). (Access to the procedure)

2.    Presentation of the relation|relationship of borne assembly members to|in the General Direction of Sports. (Access to the formality)

3.    Choice of president and of board of directors, if it|he|she is proper. (Access to the procedure)

Option 2:

1.    Approval in Assembly General Extraordinària of the previous and preparatory performances|actions and of the electoral documentation, without harm of the approval of the text revised of the Statutes (attached B-1 in B-8). (Access to the procedure)

2.    Request, if it falls, of the vote anticipated in the face of the General Direction of Sports

3.    Choice and presentation of the relation|relationship of assembly members elect to|in the General Direction of Sports. (Access to the formality)

4.    Choice of president and of board of directors, if it|he|she is proper.  (Access to the procedure)
