The counselor of Public Administrations, Simón Gornés, has concluded the round of visits to the town councils of Eivissa started a month ago to establish a first initial contact with the mayors of the five inhabitant of Ibiza towns in order to the implantation from its|his|her|their project of improvement of the administrative management|formality regarding the processes that affect the citizen.

Gornés, which|who has been accompanied in these visits by the general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, Núria Riera, has visited Sant Josep, Santa Eulària i Vila.

The institutional visit is set in the round of meetings|encounters that the counselor and the general director have started in all the town councils of the Islands. More than 30 the towns with which have started are already contacts from Public Administrations. These encounters intend to give the opportunity to the counselor to inform directly the mayors about its|his|her|their strategy for speeding up the public administration, simplifying and improving all the administrative processes.

This estratègia,tal as|how the counselor has explained to|in the responsible maximums municipal politicians, he|she|it contemplates also the creation of a data base that it|he|she includes information of all administrations. The final objective of all this strategy is to facilitate all procedures that the citizen has to propose to the Administration.  With these interviews is also intended to establish the lines of performance|action to be between the municipal administrations and the autonomic one  in order to pass|near both parts.

The mayor of Sant Josep, Josep Marí Ribes, and the lieutenant of mayor Paquita Ribes the first have been on receiving this morning the counselor Gornés and the general director of Public Function. The second meeting has taken place in the Town Council of Santa Eulària, with its|his|her|their mayor, Vicent Marí and part of  its|his|her|their team|equipment. Finally, the batlessa of Vila, Marienna Sánchez-Jáuregui has been the last one on receiving the counselor of Public Administrations.
