The counselor of Public Administrations, José Simón Gornés, together with the general director of Public Function, Núria Riera, and the general director of Inside|Inland, Emergencies and Justice, Isabel February, they have made an institutional visit to the town councils of Ciutadella, Ferreries, Es Mercadal and Maó.

Early, they have met the mayor of Ciutadella, José Mª de Sintas. In this first meeting|encounter, the mayor has expressed its|his|her|their worry for the punctual incidents that have taken place in the town during the past parties|holidays of Sant Joan. Per la seva part, the counselor Gornés has promised to transmit the central Government its|his|her|their restlessness (competent in police bodies as well as in security forces of the State). The objective is to achieve a police reinforcement to attend in a town that during the employer parties|holidays accommodates 80.000 persons.

Afterwards they have visited the dependences from the Local Police and the Operating Unit of Emergencies. Later, they have gone to the Town Council of Ferreries, where they have met the mayor of the Town Council|Consistory, Manuel Monerris.

Next, the counselor Gornés and its|his|her|their team|equipment have been with the wheel of visits and have gone to the Town Council from Market Place to find|feel the mayor of the Town Council|Consistory, Francesc Xavier Ametller. To finish the visit the counselor has met the mayor of Maó, Àgueda Reynés.

These visits are set in the wheel of institutional visits that the counselor has kept on making and its|his|her|their team|equipment for the different town councils|consistories of the Balears, as well as other institutions. With everything, after the first haste of contact meetings will be ordered to treat subjects specific to each town council|consistory in order to to attend to the needs of all citizens.
