The counselor of Public Administrations, José Simón Gornés, him  hareunit, in first place,  with the president of the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Menorca,  Santiago Tadeo, in|on the headquarters|see of the Council|Piece of Advice Insular.  In this meeting,  the counselor Gornés has put at the disposal of the Council|Piece of Advice of Menorca all the areas of the Ministry that he|she|it directs to simplify the administrative formalities that the citizens carry out from the public administrations. It is intended, the administration to be made more agile and to be more effective in the exchange of data and therefore, the Counselor of Public Administrations has put the Service of Quality that serves, among others, as the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Menorca to evaluate the services and the administrative formalities, at the disposal so that it|he is used by the citizen, to|in the insular administration as well as to|in the autonomic one.

The most outstanding novelty|innovation him that from the Ministry an interadministrative data base where all administrations have an only code of access to know the data bases of other institutions will be promoted. For the constitution of this interadministrative data base a team|equipment of work will be constituted, a calendar and a budget to work will be established.

The counselor of Public Administrations has manifested that the economic|economical situation is complicated in this moments to make front|forehead the debts and commitments|appointments, for the administration as well as for the town councils of the Islands Balearic, and that it will be attempted to reduce the debt in the budgets of 2012.

The president of the Council|Piece of Advice of Menorca, Santiago Tadeo, per la seva part, has committed has to make possible and advisable the administrative and bureaucratic agilitació. Moreover, Santiago Tadeo has requested the counselor Gornés that, as a Minorcan, he|she|it represents in the island of Menorca in the Government of the Balearic Islands.

After this meeting, the counselor Gornés,acompanyat for the president of the Council|Piece of Advice of Menorca, Santiago Tadeo and, the general director of Emergency Inside|Inland and Justice, Isabel February  has visited the facilities of the Operating Unit of Emergencies of Menorca, placed in the basement of the building of the Insular Council|Piece of Advice. In these facilities, the counselor Gornés and the director Isabel February, they have been informed of the performance|action and of the service  of the 112 in the island of Menorca for the coordinator of the Operating Unit of Emergencies of Menorca, Pilar de Vicente.
