Service of Emergencies 112 has coordinated during the month of September a total of 203 incidents related with the summer, of which 104 correspond to Mallorca, 62 in Eivissa, 31 in Menorca and 6 in Formentera. Adding those that were registered the months of June, July and August 1.337 are the incidents related with the beaches and the sea that have been attended to from this Service this season of summer, of which 652 have been located in Mallorca, 405 in Eivissa, 203 in Menorca and 77 in Formentera

In the monthly calculation incidents specific to summer, like subaquatic accidents, albiraments of jellyfishes, incidents related with vessels and breathlessness, among others, are found, on the one hand. And of another, usual incidents, but that medical incidents, diverse accidents, mislead children, annoying animals, researches and rescues|ransoms, etc have occurred on the beaches, like thefts and robberies|thefts, riots and quarrels.

Regarding the incidents typical of the season of summer related to the month of August, the statistics of the SEIB 112 collect 25 incidents related with vessels placed in zones of bath, 19 with vessels adrift, 13 of persons in danger in the sea, 2 of injured people while they practiced aquatic sports and 23 with breathlessness, among others.

38 incidents have also been counted that, wounds (8), loss of consciousness (4), etílica intoxication (2) and traumatisms, among other questions, generated medical attention due to stings or bites (5), fallen (7), seasickness and/or fainting fit (2).

Equally 6 incidents related with troubles brought about have been registered by animals, 10 with thefts and robberies|thefts, 7 for bustles and troubles in the public way|railway, 3 with exhibitionism, 4 with pollution and 1 with cardiac arrest, among other incidents.

Of the 23 victims of breathlessness of this month of September, 18 were brought around with success and the 5 remaining ones died. Of these incidents, 20 took place in the beaches and 3 in the swimming pools. For islands, aquets breathlessness distributes in the following way: 21 in Mallorca, 1 in Eivissa and 1 in Menorca.

Regarding the balance of the four months of summer, the accumulated total of persons who have died smothered in the beaches and swimming pools between June and September is 22, of which 17 were located in Mallorca, 4 in Eivissa and 1 in Menorca. Likewise, 133 incidents of medical look in Mallorca, 25 in Eivissa, 30 in Menorca and 21 in Formentera have been counted; 64 related with vessels in zone of bath in Mallorca, 62 in Eivissa, 41 in Menorca and 22 in Formentera; 48 with vessels adrift in Mallorca, 32 in Eivissa, 21 in Menorca and 5 in Formentera; and 21 with thefts and robberies|thefts in Mallorca and 17 in Eivissa, among other incidents.
