The counselor of Public Administrations, Simón Gornés, accompanied of the general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, Núria Riera, has met|gathered in first place Bartomeu Alemany, batle of Búger, next with Antoni Solivellas, batle of Escorca, and finally with Joan Albertí, batle of Fornalutx, with the objective of establishing a first initial contact in order to the implantation of the project of improvement of the administrative management|formality that the Ministry of Public Administrations is developing.

These institutional visits are set|framed in the round of meetings|encounters that the counselor and the general director are carrying out from Public Administrations to explain to the responsibles for the town councils what the Plan of Administrative Simplification of the Islands consists of, and to inform about its|his|her|their strategy to speed up the public administration, to simplify and to improve all the administrative processes. This strategy, contemplates also the creation of a common data base that includes information of all administrations, to avoid like this the displacements|trips, and to facilitate all procedures in the bureaucratic processes that affect the citizen.
