This Guide will be the document that will mark the way to be to study the loads|burdens|charges that each of the formalities represents that the companies and the citizens have to make with the administration autonomic. The Government goes ahead with this measure to continue in the line already begun of simplification and agilitació administrative, conscious of the administrative loads|burdens|charges affecting the competitiveness of the companies.

According to the agreement that has been approved, this Guide will determine that the procedure which it will be necessary to follow to make this study will be that of the Model of Standard Costs. Is been of a model of accounting elaborated for several countries like Denmark, Sweden or the United Kingdom, which it explains how he|it has to be made economic|economical for calculating the impact that it has each formality on citizens and companies. Of this model a simplified method, agreed on by the State and the autonomous communities, will use it. With everything, it|he|she collects the possibility to add elements to it as|like, for example, the costs derived from the insularity.
