A total of 9 entities will take part in this initiative during the next 3 years

The counselor of Education, Culture and Universities, Rafael Bosch, benefit society has signed today a series of agreements of col•laboració with the representatives of different economic|economical sectors with the objective of fixing the col•laboració between these entities and the Service of Employment|Occupation of the Balearic Islands (SOIB) in the area of the work intermediation, practices and formation|training for the employment|occupation.

Thus, a total of 9 entities col•laboraran, together with the Service of Employment|Occupation of the Balearic Islands, in order to improve the planning and management|formality of the formative actions|shares of its|his|her|their respective sectors, like this so as to speed up the management|formality of offers of work and the starting of an optimum system of exchange of information so that the Service of Employment|Occupation can adapt the design of its|his|her|their plans of formation|training to|in the real sectorial requirements.

The signatory entities of these agreements are the following ones: Entrepreneurial Hotel federation of Mallorca (FEHM), Asociación de Industriales Instaladores de Fontanería, Calefacción, Gas, Climatización Protección against Incendios y you tune of weary Balearic Islands (INFOCAL), Association of Employers|Businessmen electrical d'Instal•lacions and of Telecommunications of Mallorca (ASINEM), Asociación of Instalaciones Náutico Deportivas de Baleares (ANADE), Union of Farmers of Mallorca, Asociación Española de Compañías Aéreas (AECA) and Association of Audiovisual Producers of the Balearic Islands (APAIB).

Through these agreements, the signatory entities engage, during a deadline|installment of three years, to:
or To Inform in the SOIB, in a periodic way, of the needs (requirements for the professional profiles, formative, etc) that they are detected in its|his|her|their economic|economical sector.
or To Introduce among|between its|his|her|their associates that the SOIB orders of a Department of Work Intermediation and of the figure of the Promoters of the Employment|Occupation directed to offer a service of quality, personalized and free in relation|relationship to|in the management|formality of work offers, recruitment and selection of candidates.
or Promoting the catchment of offered from work among|between its|his|her|their associates and giving coverage to the needs of staff of the companies.
or Spreading the formative actions|shares suitable for the needs of its|his|her|their staff among|between its|his|her|their associates.
or Fostering the participation|shareholding of the companies of the sector in the execution of the module of no work practices of the certificates of professionalism.

With these performances|actions, the Service of Employment|Occupation of the Balearic Islands (SOIB) intends to achieve, on the one hand, a major adequacy of you operate them formative carried out in each sector and, of another, a work intermediation of major quality. Moreover, with this initiative, the SOIB will establish some lines of stable col•laboració with the companies and will be able to provide, to the same companies as well as to the workers, an optimum service.
