The accompanied president of the government, José Ramón Bauzá, of the counselor of Education, Culture and Universities, Rafael Bosch, has attended the presentation of the project 'Juníper 300' in commemoration of the third centenary of the birth of the Majorcan Franciscan friar Fra Juníper Serra that will be been glad on 24 November 2013.

The event|act has consisted of the presentation of the audiovisual 'Juníper 300', a documentary in charge of the producers The Peripheral One and you Rush Communication and the design studio Guirado with the collaboration of the Institute|High School Ramon Llull i de l'Institut of Balearic Studies, and in a lecture to|in charge|post of Ángel Luis Encinas, doctor of the University Complutense of Madrid and author of the book 'Diario of the expedición of Fray Junípero Serra desde the Misión de Loreto in San Diego in 1769'.

 'Juníper 300' is an initiative of different platforms what he|she|it intends to agglutinate the sectors touristic, educational and cultural with the intention of invigorating, with different actions|shares and projects, the celebration of 300 years of the birth of Fra Juníper Serra.

The event|act has also had|counted the assistance of the attached director of the Institute|High School Ramon Llull, Antoni Vera, and of the director of the Institute|High School of Balearic Studies, Cristòfol Vidal.
