The Council|Piece of Advice of Government has proceeded to authorizing this agreement between the Ministry of Public Administrations and the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Formentera by virtue of the the Law 3/2003, which assigns him|her this attribution when treats itself|himself|herself of collaboration and cooperation with organs constitutional or statutory.

This year 2012, after carrying out the appropriate studies about the needs of the towns of the Balearic Islands and in accordance with the possibilities budgetary, the Administration of the CAIB wants to collaborate with the Insular Council|Piece of Advice of Formentera so that it|he|she can cover its|his|her|their squares|posts of touristic police between the 1 April and on 31 December of the present exercise.

With the agreement authorized by the Council|Piece of Advice of Government, it is foreseen to promote the public safety and the assistance to residents and touristic visitors through the coordination and the functioning|operation of the touristic police of Formentera.

The agreement also contemplates the exchange of sufficient, homogeneous and effective information, to know the activities and the situation of the collectives to which the coordination of the local and touristic police during this 2012 is spread.
